To access this page, go to Configurations → Drop down lists → Organisations.

Maximum 400 lines per data type

Maximum 50 characters per line

Type / Status / Industry - these are single option Drop down lists and can be used for simple categorization of your Organisation records. They can be renamed if required.

WARNING: If you have existing Data in the system in regards to these Drop down lists, editing these, could affect the Data.

If Territories are enabled, you can create and manage the required Territories here.

If you wish to make the drop down fields mandatory, you can do this by going to Configurations --> Main settings --> Datafields, and find the wanted field and set it to mandatory.
