When creating or editing an Organisation and when entering a new Postcode it is possible to also automatically update: City, County / State, Country and also Territory.

To configure the values to 'Auto update' browse to Configuration → Drop down lists → Organisations and click the Post codes icon.

From Excel (or other source) you can copy/paste the values.

Include 1 line for each Postcode / City. Values can be separated by TAB, semi-colon or comma. You can optionally add values for County/State, Country and also Territory (using Territory number). The additional values will appear only if they are enabled in your webCRM system.

When you click Save the values will be separated by semi-colon.

When editing an Organisation and when Postcodes / Cities are enabled you will see a grey text below the Post code/ZIP field. Enter a new Postcode and click save.

If the Postcode entered can be found in the Postcode list then the values for City, County / State, Country and also Territory will be automatically updated too – unless the values are blank.
