New frontpage: Performance Board

Get an overview of your performance by setting up your personal goals in the Performance Board

Updated over 2 years ago

On your new frontpage you can also set up a performance board. The performance board is personale and cannot be set up for other users than you.

You can add several targets to the board, so you can get a total overview of your performance.

In the example above we have set up 3 different targets based on activities, revenue and meetings booked. Follow the guide below to see how you set up the board.

Go to settings/cogwheel on your frontpage and drag the performance board to position where you would like it to be. Add your first target by clicking on "Add target".

Now you have to choose which entity you want to set a target for. In this example we choose Deliveries/Orders.

When you have chosen the entity type, more fields will appear that you can fill out, and the fields will differ depending on the entity you have chosen.

  1. Here we have chosen entity type, which is Deliveries/Orders

  2. We have given the target a name/label

  3. In "Field" you have to choose the field you want to get data from - in this example it is the revenue field.

  4. Because we have chosen revenue, there will also be a currency field.

  5. The target is then set for the time period. In this example we have set it at 150,000 EUR.

  6. The time period is set to month, mening the target is then 150,000 EUR per month.

  7. By activating this one (Show previous period) you will see the performance from last month as well.

  8. Here you can add another target to the board.

  9. Press "Okay" to save the Performance board and continue working with the other elements on the frontpage. Remember to click on "Save" once you are done with the frontpage.

Your performance board will look like the above with this setup. The percentage to the left shows the the previous time period, and the percentaget to the right shows the current time period.

The difference between the KPI panels and the performance board is that the performance board is personal and only measures on the logged in user. You can only have one performance board, but you can set up several target values on this performance board.

In the KPI panel you can only set up one target value per panel, but you can set it up for several users/team in one panel.
