If you want to change the name of the synchronization folders in Outlook, you can do so, but it is very important, that you don't just rename the folders in Outlook, and that the folders don't have the same name. If you do this, the synchronization won't work.

In order to change the names in the right way, you need to change the settings under your user in webCRM. Only administrators with access level 99 can access Users, so if you're not granted this access level, please take contact to your system administrator.
