New frontpage: Set up graphs
Updated over a week ago

You can add graphs based on your reports on the frontpage. This means that the filtering is set up in your report, and then you can choose to show the result as a graph on your frontpage.

You can search for a specific report in the right side of the panel, or you can create a new report by going to the bottom of the list, if it does not exist already (Be aware that it will lead you away from the frontpage setup and to reports)

When you have chosen the report, you can choose the design of the graph by clicking on the pencil:

Now you will see different display types:

  1. Here you choose the display type, which in this example is columns.

  2. Here you can see the display type you have chosen (the data shown here is just an example and not from your report).

  3. In "Split y data field" you choose what the columns should be split by, and in this example it is "Opportunity: Lost - reason".

  4. I "Plot data" you choose where the columns should a number per column (count) or summation.

  5. Finally you click on "Okay" in order to add the graph to your frontpage and you can continue working with the other elements on the page or press "Save" and leave the frontpage setup.

If you want to add a time period or other criteria, this has to be done in the report/overview itself like you know it.

The finished graph now looks like this on the frontpage:
