New frontpage: Access levels and templates

Here you can read more about who can access what on the new frontpage

Updated over 2 years ago

As an administrator (99 user) you can control which user should be able to build and edit their own frontpages. This is done under Configurations -> Main settings -> Access levels:

Here you click on the pencil next to the access level you want to edit and scroll down to "Dashboard":

Furthermore, you have two ways of sharing frontpages with other users:

  1. Create a frontpage and add the users you would like to give access. If these users can edit the frontpage, they will edit it for everyone - it is a shared frontpage with all the data and setup that has been made.

  2. You can save your frontpage as a template. Then the setup will be available for all the users who can create frontpages, and they can build their own frontpage based on this template. If they edit, delete or add it will have no effect on the other frontpages based on this template.
