In webCRM you can attach files to your e-mails. Whether you're sending from a Person, Overview or in an e-mail template.
Attach a file from your computer or from webCRM on an e-mail sent from a Person
To attach a file from your computer, go to the plus icon with three little dots on it, and then click on the paper icon to the left.
To attach a file that already exist in webCRM, go to the bottom of the e-mail, and click on the file icon.
Attach a file on an e-mail template
In templates, files are typically attached as a link. Therefore you can go to the link icon in your template.
Choose the linktype; if the file is from your computer, choose File Manager.
Remember to fill out the field "Text to display". Otherwise you won't be able to see the attachment in the e-mail.
Attach a file on an e-mail from an Overview or Report
When attaching files to e-mails sent from Overviews, press the plus icon with three dots, and then go to the paper icon right beneath, as shown below:
