If you would like to copy all existing information from one Person to another on a different Organisation (or the same), you can use this feature.

This feature creates a copy of the chosen Person and all data fields on the original Person will automatically be copied to the new Person.

Obs: No related data such as Activities, Opportunities etc. will be copied or moved during the process though.

Go to the Person that you want to copy and click on the copy icon in the upper right corner of the page, as shown below.

Search for the Organisation the copy should be created on:

When searching for an Organisation, you can get several results. Choose the correct Organisation and click on it, then the Person will be copied.
