When moving a Person to another Organisation, you have the opportunity to move related data, such as Activities, Meetings etc., as well.

To move or merge a Person in webCRM, go to the Person you wish to move/merge, and click on the move icon in the right side of the page.

Enter the Organisation you wish to move/merge the Person to, and choose the correct Organisation from the shown results.

You will know be shown a couple of options, on how to move/merge the Person. The first option is to move the Person on the chosen Organisation, and move related data with the Person as well.

The other option is to merge the Person with an existing Person on the Organisation. Here you can choose what to overwrite, and what related data you want to merge/move.

Click on Save, after choosing to merge or move the Person, and the system will finish the proces.
