There are multiple ways to create an Organisation in webCRM.

If you use Quick Create, you can create an organisations, a person and an activity, all at once. Click on the plus and choose Create multiple entities

Here you can choose to first create an organisation and then related entities, that will automatically be linked to the organisation:

You can also create an organisation in webCRM, if you access organisations from the menu, and click the 'plus' icon. Then you fill out the relevant information and create:

Depending on your settings for duplicates in webCRM, you might not be able to create two organisations with the same name. Read more about Duplicate validation in order to set it up.
