Create and edit your Territories Drop down list by browsing to Configuration → Drop down lists → Organisations.

For B2C systems browse to Configuration → Drop down lists → Persons.

Scroll down to the Organisations: Territories list.

You can create up to 9999 Territories. Every Territory must be allocated a unique number and include a description, in the format of Number:Name, for example:

01:United Kingdom

02:USA

03:Denmark

04:Sweden

NOTE: Once you have allocated a number to a list item you SHOULD NOT change this number or swap any list item / number. This will affect your data.

The first list item will be the default Territory when an Organisation is created.

You can re-order the list to suit your preferences, but ensure you keep the reference number with the same list item, as above. In this example, we have set Denmark to be the default Territory:
