Managing Users
Updated over a week ago

Every employee using webCRM should have his or her own User profile in the system. This way everybody can have their own tasks and responsibilities and it is easy to see who has done what.

Security and access levels can also be applied per user. There are a number of ways to manage the view and edit rights of records, certain modules within records, and even specific fields.

You can view your User profiles (if you have appropriate permissions) by browsing to Configuration -> Users. There is a simple search option to enable you to find a specific User. This is useful if you have a large number of Users.

From the User list you can select to view User statistics where you will see a summary view of key usage information including: created date, login count, last login date, emails sent and received, number of Organisations, Activities, Meetings responsible for, and number of records created and updated. This is useful for managing Productivity and User engagement.
