Your system is automatically given an Account name comprising part of your Company name and then a numeric reference. This Account name is unique for your system.

If your Users will frequently login from our website then it can help to provide a ‘friendly’ Account name that they will remember.

You can click the Status and logs option on the top right of the Basic Settings screen and see some useful statistics about your system.

Data count: provides a summary of the number of records held in the various modules.

Delete log: stores the last 1000 delete actions by any User to any data in the system.

Mbyte Disk space: summarises the disk space used on our servers by your Data.
