Main Settings: Configuration Groups
Updated over 2 years ago

Configuration groups are an easy way to create different layouts and access for Users in your system.

Enable Configuration groups by browsing to Configuration -> Main settings -> Basic Settings and click More configurations possible. Click Save.

You will see a new button at the top of the screen where you can Manage configuration groups.

Click the Plus icon at the top right of the screen and give your Configuration group a name, and optionally a description. Click Save.

You can apply Configuration groups to the following settings: Features, Data fields, User settings and Access levels. You apply a Configuration group to an Access level, and in turn, an Access level to a User profile.
