Go to Configurations --> Main settings --> User settings. You can create specific User settings across different configuration groups. Choose the wanted configurations group at the top of the page, for which you want to add / change the settings.

Login directly allows you to access the system without filling out username and password together with account name. For example when accessing the system through www.webCRM.com using the Log In button, the user will access the system without any entries.

Login with password allows you to access the system with your Microsoft login. By deactivating the password, the only way to access the system is by using the user's mail account.

From the Language, date, number field you choose whether it should be the individual user settings that should apply, or to use the default settings, that can be chosen in the below fields.

Last but not least you have the option to use a specific User's start page on all new users in the system.
