You now have the option to tag your colleagues in the log by writing @ and then their name or initials as shown below:
When you tag another user in the system they will receive a notification that looks like this:
This is a system configuration in webCRM and cannot be turned on or off in the notification center. You will not receive notifications if you tag yourself - but only if other users tag your user in the log.
