How to add another user to an activity

In webCRM there can only be one user who is responsible for an activity. However you have the option of creating a "User Field", where you can select a user in the system who will then be on the activity. The user will not receive notifications regarding the activity, but you will be able to filter by this user on overviews, lists etc.

To set up this field click on the Gear Icon --> Configurations --> Custom fields --> Activities and then click on the +Fields icon as shown below.

When creating the "User Field" the field must be set up as instructed below. Be aware that the position of the field depends on your other Custom Fields and their position. You must therefore choose a position that is not already in use.


Then click on Save at the top.

On your activities you will now be able to add the field and assign a User to the field. In the example below we have inserted the field on Details:
