In order to change the setup of the support module you go to Actions -> Edit setup
Here you can decide how you would like to build your support module by dragging and dropping different panels.
Be aware: The correspondence field (the big, white one in the middle) cannot be moved, deleted or edited.
If you want to edit one of the panels, you click on the pencil in the top right corner of the panel.
Under Setup panel in the right side you can choose the fields you want to show. You can add more fields by clicking on + Add field.
If you want to add a new panel to your modul, you can drag it from the list on the right side.
When you have set up your layout you click on Save. It will now be active in your system, and this setup is saved for all users.
When working with support cases you can decide whether you would like to have your cases presented as a list or a kanban view. You can switch by clicking on the button with the columns in the top right corner.
When you work in the kanban view, you get a more visual overview of your cases and you can drag the cases from one column to another.
