Maximum 50 folders
Maximum 50 characters for folder names

You can create a folder structure to organize the Specific documents which are uploaded to webCRM. You can also have a sub-folder structure for each main folder. This is useful if your Company has a lot of Product brochures, for example, or you want to create a folder structure for each different department in the Company.

Browse to Configuration → Drop down lists → Specific documents.

You will see a summary of the Specific documents which are already uploaded to the system, which folder they are in and the total file size of Specific documents uploaded.

WARNING: if you have existing live Data in the system then editing Drop down lists could affect your Data
