Manual setup

In webCRM you can design your own header & footer on PDF templates. For settings on header and footer, go to the settings icon i the upper right corner --> Utilities --> Templates --> PDF templates. In the right side og the picture you can design the header and footer for the PDF template.

Pictures

PDF's are optimized for print, not for on screen purposes. This can make header and footer images tricky to set up correctly. In print mode, the DPI (dots per inch) needs to be 300, but for screen purpose it's 75.

On a PDF template, go to the Layout tab, and in the right side of the screen you can set up header and footer with uploaded image.

Full width = 595 will leave some space in the right side. The image file you're using as header and footer, should be full width. You can add white spaces over and under the image, to better control the space around the image in the template.

The above image file is saved with following settings:

2380 Pixels
7,93 Inches
300 DPI

An example of Footer:

The picutre is 2490 pixels wide, so that the image will go full width. Below you will see an example of how the settings for your image should look, when saving in your picture program:
