If you want to present a Dashboard on a monitor, for example in your reception area, you must dedicate a webCRM User license for this purpose. You do so by creating a User profile and clicking Change to Dashboard user.

The auto refresh rate for Dashboards can be set from 20 minutes to 120 minutes. The refresh rate controls how often all the Charts are updated with current data values.

​NOTE: This auto refresh feature is only active when the Dashboard is opened by a special Dashboard User.

Each Dashboard User can only have 1 active Dashboard displayed at any given time.

The Dashboard duration can be set from 1 to 12 hours. After that time the Dashboard will stop the auto refresh and stop displaying Charts.

ATTENTION: When the Dashboard User logs on to webCRM the user is blocked from all the usual webCRM screens and will see only a list of Dashboard names and can then click the Dashboard to open.
