In the webCRM system, you can add various web and social media links.

This means you can Google a Company or a Person. You can look up a Company or Person on Facebook, LinkedIn or other social media network. You can send a map with directions to your office to a client before his visit. The possibilities are numerous.

Browse to Configuration → Integrations → Web

Configure all the Links you want to use, and select where to use each Link. Type a label to identify the Link. If you want the same Link in several places, you must create the same Link several times.

Type or copy/paste the Link you want and in the Link replace Data like the Person name and Address with the codes shown in the table below. Click Save. When you have clicked Save you can create the next Link.
