Standard and Specific Documents
You can view Standard and Specific Documents by browsing to Utilities → Documents → Standard Documents where they are organised according to the folder structure in your system.
How to upload a Standard Document
Standard Documents are not linked to any Organisation record. They are stored centrally and can be uploaded if you browse to Utilities → Documents → Standard Documents and choose the folder, to upload the document in.
NOTE: the file cannot be more than 30MB.
How to upload a Specific Document
Browse to the module where you wish to upload the Document and click the Plus icon:
You will be prompted to select a folder, provide a description and check or uncheck the option to make this Document available for attaching to an email.
Although the description is optional, we recommend that you use it to describe the Document, as this is helpful to a User trying to identify a specific Document from a list.
You can customize the list of possible Document folders.
Click Browse to identify the current location of the file on your computer, and click Upload. You will now see the Document link on the record where you uploaded it, as well as listed on the Documents tab/hyperlink of the Organisation Main view.
