Here is how you customers can update their information in your webCRM system

Updated over a week ago

There are landing pages available for each data type you have enabled in your webCRM system.

  • Organisations / Persons

  • Activities

  • Meetings

  • Opportunities

  • Deliveries

  • Products

  • Support cases

The configuration for these different landing pages is basically the same and they can be sent via e-mail to existing Persons in webCRM. This can be done by inserting a merge field with the link to the Landing page in the e-mail template in webCRM. These landing pages can also be used for portal pages.

Write the text and choose the font you want to use for the Send button and the message the user will get after sending.

You can set the link to automatically expire a number of days after the e-mail is sent.

A notification can be sent via e-mail to a specific webCRM User every time a contact has used the Landing page. You can deciede whether the contact's input should update the actual data fields in webCRM or write the updated information in the Activity Log or both. The page can also automatically create or update an activity.

You can activate a number of Overviews that the Person can see. Create the report as you would any other report in webCRM and make it active on the Landing page.

You can choose which data should be displayed on the Landing page and configure whether the field must be mandatory, if it must be updated or if it should only be displayed. This includes the ability to download and upload Documents.

You can also include some additional data fields. This data is not associated with specific data fields in webCRM and the input will only be displayed in the e-mail notification and the Activity Log.

You can also write some free text at the top, middle and bottom of the page. It can be useful for instruction the visitor on how to use the Landing page.

After the visitor clicks the Submit button (remember that you can change the button's text) you can have a page with additional information. This confirms to the visitor that their submission was successful and allows you to give the visitor a confirmation message. It may look like this:
