A guide to how to setup quotation lines in webCRM both internally and externally

In webCRM you can differentiate between what you see in the system and what your customers see when they receive an offer from you.

Click on the Gear icon --> Custom fields --> Products --> Linked data:

On the next page you need to click this gear icon:

The first thing you encounter on this page is the display settings:

Here you can change the terminology, add or remove decimal points and choose which values you want show in your quotation lines.

Below these settings you find "Internal column settings". Here you can configure how quotation lines are shown in your system. What you choose here will only be shown to you and your colleagues and not to your customers:

You can drag & drop the different columns according to how you want the order to be:

You can add more predetermined columns by clicking on the blue plus button on the right side of the offer lines:

The last heading on the page is "External column settings", which is the setup for quotation lines that are sent out from webCRM for example an offer sent to a customer.
