In webCRM you have the opportunity to set up e-mail tags on your outgoing e-mails, and automatically synchronize the reply into webCRM. The setup is on each User, and only system administrators (access level 99) can access this option for all Users.
Go to Configurations --> Users and choose an User from the list. Click on the pencil to the left of the User, you want to setup e-mail tags on.
Scroll down to e-mail tags and choose whether the tag should be shown first og last in the subject line on your e-mails.
In the field Email tag you can write, what the tag should say. In this example we use /webCRM/ as the tag at the end of the subject line.
When sending out e-mails from webCRM afterwards, the subject line should look like this:
In Outlook and other mailsystems, you can create rules, to automate the process of moving e-mails into different folders. In the below example I've chosen to move all e-mails with the /webCRM/ tag into the webCRM sync folder. This will make the proces of synchronizing incoming e-mails 100% automatic.
