E-mail: Remove Bouncer mark

For different reasons, such as an unsubscribe action, a Person in webCRM kan have the field E-mail Bouncer marked in the system. This mark entails that the Person will no longer receive mass e-mails.

The Person with the marked fields, will still be shown on the Overview / Report, as long as the Person meets all the stated criteria - but when sending out the mass e-mail, this Person will not be a part of the recipient list.

If you wish to un-mark (or mark), you have to create an Overview with the following setup and datafields, to make a massmodification.

The Overview will show all contactpersons in webCRm, who was a mark in the fields for Block mass e-mails. To change this mark through mass modification, you will have to activate Advanced Options. You find it under the General tab as shown below.

Click on Save and then Report to show the report afterwards. When seeing the Report, go to Actions --> Modify.

Choose which field to modify. In this case, it's the field Person: Email bounces - Primary email. If you have Persons with the mark in Secondary e-mail field, you will have to make another massmodification with the field Person: Email bounces - Primary email

Leave the checkbox unmarked, to remove the existing mark and click Modify. Typically when you show the report afterwards, it will be empty, since there no longer exists Persons in the system, that meets the stated criteria for the report.
