Data encryption and disaster recovery

Is the personal data anonymized, pseudonymized or encrypted while being stored and/or transferred?

Updated over a year ago

Yes - in webCRM we use Azure SQL's Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) for the customer data stored in our databases. When accessing the system (transferring data to the client) we enforce HTTPS with minimum TLS version 1.2.

We use tools provided by Azure to monitor the system and ensure its availability. Live databases use locally redundant storage to ensure availability and data integrity in case of hardware failure. Backups use geo-redundant storage (North Europe paired region - Ireland) for disaster recovery.
