Revenue Grouping

Updated over 2 weeks ago

WebCRM’s organization list is designed to give you a good general overview of your customers and what’s happening with them, and turnover groups help support that. This gives you a quick overview of which of your customers generate the most and least revenue for your business.

Activate Revenue Groups

In order to activate price groups, you need to go to Configurations → Main settings → Data fields and locate the field Revenue group under Organisations.

Admins can also do that here on this link.

Set Revenue Groups

Once you’ve activated the turnover groups, you’ll be able to configure them by clicking the Configure button.

You can now choose between Percent or Amount, depending on whether you want to define thresholds based on amounts or percentages for the different groups.

Name the groups, e.g., A, B, C or Low, Medium, High, etc. You can choose what best fits your business. You also decide which colors each group should have by clicking the box on the left.

  • If you’ve chosen Amount: The first group is for the customers with the revenue in a given period above the specified value. The second group is for the customers with lower revenue, but still higher than the next value, and so on.

  • If you’ve chosen Percent: The first group is for the most valuable customers who contribute to the top X% of the total revenue in a given period. The second group is for the customers who make up the next Y% of the revenue, and so on.

You can now choose to view revenue groups in your organization overview. Add them where you normally add columns.

You can also add revenue groups to your filtering, so you can display a specific type of turnover group in your list. Additionally, you can build overviews/reports based on revenue groups.
