FAQ

Q: Why can't I withdraw funds after resetting?

A: Your withdrawal function will be restricted for 72 hours after the reset.

Q: I see "Operation is not allowed after high risk behavior" when I try to withdraw. What does this mean?

A: This message means a temporary withdrawal hold is still active on your account. A recent security change — such as resetting Google Authenticator, unbinding your email or phone number, or resetting your password — starts this hold automatically.

The hold lifts on its own. It lasts 72 hours when we process the change for you, as with this form or the self-service reset page, or 24 hours if you made the change yourself in your account security settings. No action is needed — please try your withdrawal again once the time has passed.

Q: How to answer verification questions? Registration time, nickname, trading pairs, etc.

A: 1. Registration Time: (Registration typically generates system emails or text messages with a verification code. Please trace back the registration date through such communications. Providing the year and month is sufficient.)

2. Nickname: (Please answer with the nickname you set for your Webot account. If you didn't set one, please answer "None".)

3. Common device model names: (e.g., iPhone 16 Pro)

4. Trading Pair with Bot Type: (e.g., Grid Bot ETH/USDT)

5. Account Asset Information: Provide total assets in USD or 2–3 main tokens with amounts (e.g., 5000 USD / 0.5 ETH & 0.1 BTC).

Q: How long does the review take?

A: It takes up to 72 hours from submitting the application to receiving the result.
