Step 1: Log in to the Website
Visit Webot and log in to your account. Locate the [Wallet] option in the menu bar. Once you access the Wallet, click the [Deposit USD] option.
Step 2: Select [Wire Transfer]
Note: Before depositing, you need to complete the Identity Verification. If you have not verified your Identity, please click the “Verify” button and submit the information according to the prompt message. The bank transfer information can be seen after the verification is completed.
Please carefully read the Important Notes at the top. They are the most important things you should know before sending a wire.
Review the wire instructions. Please include your Unique reference code in the memo/notes/reference field when sending your wire. Different banks have different ways to send a wire, so please contact your bank directly for instructions on completing the deposit. Once you have submitted all the information needed for your wire, you can click “I have completed the wire”.
NOTES
Webot is not responsible for delays in wire transfers due to your bank or intermediary banks that your bank uses. You will receive the wire within 1-5 business days in general.
Webot does not charge fees on wire deposits, and we will credit your account according to the actual amount received. Any other fees you may incur from transferring funds into your account are charged by your sending or intermediary bank. We recommend reaching out to your bank prior to making a transfer to clarify any fees you may incur.
Webot is not responsible for any impact this has on your bank account. You should be aware that many banks are uncomfortable sending cryptocurrency-related wire transfers.
Webot can only process wire transfers on weekdays. USD Wire transfers can take up to one week to process. In rare cases, it can take longer.
Webot can only wire fiat to bank accounts in the name of the Webot account owner. We can only accept wires from accounts in the name of the Webot account owner.
Webot can’t accept funds from Family funds, wholly owned entities, and Joint accounts, so please confirm your bank account type before sending a wire.
You must include the correct memo(Unique reference code) in your USD wire transfers, or they will not be credited. The account identifier is unique, and it will not change.

How to send a wire with Bank of America
1. Log in to your Online Banking and click Transfer, then choose ‘To/from other banks (includes wires)’.
2. Please click ‘Add Account/Recipient’ before sending a wire.
3. Choose ‘Domestic (U.S.)’ and choose the type of account ‘A business account’.
4. Please use the info of ‘USD Recipient Details’ on the Webot website to fill in the corresponding position. You can send the wire after adding the Recipient Account, and don’t forget to use your Unique reference code to fill in the memo/notes/reference field so that we can match the deposit to your account.
If needed, please select the ‘Business Internet Banking’ when you select the Bank
As of May 14, 2026, the Wire Transfer deposit channel is currently under maintenance. We recommend using either ACH or Debit Card deposit channels as temporary alternatives.
For transaction amounts that exceed the standard ACH or Debit Card quotas, please contact customer support directly to obtain the necessary deposit details and your Unique Reference Code.
