New! Deposit Funds via Wire Transfer with Lead Bank

Dear Pionex.US Users,

To provide more options for deposit for all Pionex.US users, we have introduced a new partner: FV Bank, and then the funds are routed through a Lead bank for the transfer.

To ensure a smooth transaction, we recommend that you choose Lead Bank for the wire transfer.

Please follow these steps to get the updated information:
- Log into your Pionex.US account
- For Web updates: Deposit (on the top) -> Wire Transfer (on the left) -> Deposit -> Lead Bank
- For App updates: Deposit -> Wire Transfer -> Next ->Lead Bank

1. If you can't find the "Lead Bank" tab on the Pionex.US App, please check the version of your Pionex.US App.
2. If you are using Pionex.US App version 1.6.33 (10633000) or earlier, please update your app to the latest version.
3. Here's how to do it:
- Go to the "Account" section
- Tap on the "Settings" icon at the top
- Select the "About" option
- On the "About" page, you can check your current app version
4. If there is a new version available, tap on "Check Update" and proceed with the update
