Pionex.US will support the Shapella upgrade of the ETH (Ethereum) network. The specific arrangements are as follows:

  • Pionex.US will suspend the deposit and withdrawal functions of ETH (Ethereum), OP (Optimism), and ARB (Arbitrum) related network tokens at 16:00 on April 12th, 2023 (UTC), including ETH-Optimism, ETH-Arbitrum, ETH, and ETH network-related tokens to support the Shapella upgrade of the ETH (Ethereum) network will be performed at epoch 194,048 — expected at 22:27 on April 12th, 2023 (UTC).

Please Note

  • During the network upgrade of ETH (Ethereum), OP (Optimism), and ARB (Arbitrum), the trading functions of related network tokens will not be affected.

  • Please handle the deposit and withdrawal requirements of relevant network tokens in advance. During the network upgrade, the deposit of relevant network tokens will not be credited.

  • After upgrading the Ethereum (ETH) network, Pionex.US will reopen the deposit and withdrawal functions of ETH, OP, and ARB network-related tokens when the networks are stable.
