To support the Ethereum Merge and secure the allocation of forked tokens in the case of a chain split, Pionex.US will suspend ETH and ERC-20 tokens deposits and withdrawals at approximately 2022-09-06 at 08:00 (UTC). Please ensure that you complete your transfers before the above time.
The suspension will last until the Merge is complete. Deposits and withdrawals of ETH and ERC-20 tokens on the impacted networks will resume when the Ethereum networks are deemed stable.
Please note:
The trading of ETH and ERC-20 tokens on the impacted networks will not be affected during the wallet maintenance period.
Deposits and withdrawals of ETH and ERC-20 tokens on the impacted networks will be suspended starting from 2022-09-06 at 08:00 (UTC).
Any deposits of ETH and ERC-20 tokens on the impacted networks during the wallet maintenance will not be credited and will not be eligible for any forked token credit in the event of a chain split.
After the Ethereum Merge is completed and the networks are stable, deposits and withdrawals will be reopened and we will notify users in a further announcement.
