To continuously optimize platform services and enhance user experience, Webot will upgrade the BTC, SOLANA, LTC, AVAXC, ERC20, POLYGON, OPTIMISM, and ETC network wallet on November 1, 2024, at 06:00 (UTC). The upgrade is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, after which the deposit and withdrawal functions of the related tokens will automatically resume.
Important Notes:
1. After the wallet upgrade, certain deposit addresses for the BTC, SOLANA, LTC, AVAXC, ERC20, POLYGON, OPTIMISM, and ETC network generated before September 20, 2024, at 00:00 (UTC) will expire.
2. Funds deposited to expired addresses will remain safe but will not be automatically credited. Users can retrieve funds using the self-service recovery function on the "Receive Crypto" page within the specified time frame.
3. We strongly recommend users login to the Webot App or website to check and obtain the latest deposit addresses.
4. This upgrade involves all tokens on the BTC, SOLANA, LTC, AVAXC, ERC20, POLYGON, OPTIMISM, and ETC network. The deposit and withdrawal functions will operate normally and will not be affected during the upgrade.
