Wholesale Now and Quantity Breaks Now give shoppers discounts through Shopify's Draft Orders feature. Shoppers then go through checkout for a draft order which works a bit different from normal checkout of a cart.
To pay via Amazon Pay, shoppers would need to select the Amazon Pay button during checkout of their draft order (not the Amazon Pay button on the cart page.)
