You have two options:
- Offer a workshop
- Offer a gift card
Offer a workshop without a specific date:
You can offer a gift card for a workshop of your choice and let the lucky person choose the date that suits them best!
To do this, simply go to the page of the workshop you are interested in and click on 'Offer the workshop':
NB: If this option is not offered, it means that it has been deactivated due to excessive demand for participation. You can then choose a specific date and let the recipient know.
🎯 Don't worry if you miss your target, all our gift cards can be exchanged at any of the 4,000 workshops on our website.
As well as choosing a paper gift card (or not), you have two options:
Send it yourself as a PDF: the gift card will be sent to your inbox as a PDF immediately after purchase. If you choose to send it to the recipient yourself, the recipient's email address is optional! Your order will be confirmed even if no email address is provided. This is just a bonus to give the lucky recipient a sneak preview of the availability of the workshop on offer.
Here's how to download the gift card for a booking if you've booked a specific date for a loved one or yourself!
Have Wecandoo send it as a PDF to the recipient on the date of your choice: click on 'Send gift card by email'.
💰To offer a gift card of any amount:
Go to this page. All you have to do is select the amount you want by clicking on the appropriate box:
You can choose the date on which you would like us to send it.
The lucky person will then be able to choose the workshop of their heart from our full range of workshops and dates available online. 💌
To remember:
The dates are put online directly by the artisans, so availability varies from workshop to workshop.
The gift card can be used in several instalments if required, it works like a money pot. It is also possible to add a payment card if the price of the chosen workshop is higher. If the price of the workshop is less than the amount on the gift card, the balance can be used for another workshop at a later date.
Your gift card is valid for all workshops! If you choose a different workshop to the one you were originally offered, you can use your gift card for any other workshop.
