To enroll an existing prescription (previously filled from):
Step 1
From the main page, select "Fill your Rx" under Available Refills:

Next to the desired prescription, click on “Enroll in AutoRefill” and slide the button from “off” to “on”
If this option is greyed out or unavailable, please see our Article "Auto Refill Benefits and Eligibility"
To enroll a new prescription when placing an order:
From the main page, select "Fill your Rx" under New Prescriptions
Step 1
Next to the desired prescription, check the box under "Fill Now", then proceed to Shipping Information.
Step 2
Select/Add your shipping Address and desired shipping method then proceed to Payment Information.
**Shipping fee will be waived at checkout when enrolling in Auto Refill**
Step 3
Select/Add your payment information, check the box to Set as Default, then proceed to Review Order.
Step 4
Click the toggle next to "Enroll in AutoRefill to get FREE Standard Shipping (should show green when enrolled). This will waive your shipping and enroll the prescription in Auto Refill. Review your order details and confirm by selecting Submit Order.
If you have more than one new prescription, you will need to place the orders separately and enroll each in Auto Refill at Step 4.
