Why cant I enroll my prescription in Auto Refill?
-Customers with pick up as their default shipping method cannot
be enrolled in AutoRefill
-A prescription must be filled at least once before it can be enrolled
in AutoRefill. A new prescription cannot be set up for AutoRefill for
the future without being filled first. The AutoRefill schedule will
not generate unless the order is filled before being set up on
AutoRefill.
-A prescription must have at least 1 refill remaining after the initial fill to be set up on AutoRefill and cannot expire within the next
31 days.
-CDS prescriptions shipping to SC or OR
I'm seeing a red error when attempting to Enroll in Auto Refill or adjust my Auto Refill schedule.
Example:
To enroll a prescription in auto refill or adjust the schedule, your shipping address and credit card must be selected as the default card and address first. Please follow these steps for both the shipping address and payment method to ensure a default is chosen for both. Once these steps are completed, you will be able to complete the ordering process.
