We provide COD facilities in the following three ways:

The courier pays the amount upfront (Max. up to Rs 2000) at the pick-up point and collects the same at the delivery point. 

Charges: 3 % of the value to be collected + the cost of delivery.

For example, the product COD amount is Rs 1000 and the delivery cost is Rs 170.
Borzo courier will pay 1000 - 170 - 30 (3% commission from Rs 1000) = Rs 800 at the time of pickup and collect Rs 1000 from your customer upon delivery.

Courier will pick up the parcel, deliver it to your client, collect the COD amount and bring the cash collected back to pick up point.

Charges: there will be an additional delivery point charge, price depending on the location. 

The courier deposits or transfers the COD amount collected from your customer into your bank account.

Charges: Rs 50 flat per order. 

Please note: it will be same day settlement of COD in all of the 3 methods mentioned above.
