When you place an order, our algorithm assigns the nearest available courier with the highest rating. 

After the order is completed, you can rate the courier. If you give the courier a rating from 1 to 3, the courier will never be assigned to you again. If you rate 5, he will become your Preferred courier. 

When you fill in the order form, you can choose from a list of Preferred Couriers. Your chosen courier will receive a message that you would like them to deliver your order. If the courier wants to take the order, he/she will accept it.
