How to Add Balance / Top Up Balance

Steps to add balance in your Borzo Account.

After you have successfully logged in to your account using your Phone/Email and password. 


1. Click on your name beside the "Order Delivery" Tab there on the top right corner. Then click on the "Add balance" option from the drop-down. 

 2. Select the Payment Method by which you'd like to proceed.

Bank Card Accepts only Credit Cards (NO AMEX / Debit Card) at the moment.

PayTM / Razorpay Gateway has multiple options like Credit cards/debit cards/ UPI/ QR scanner, Net Banking, etc.

Complete Next Few Steps as shown on the Screen & Balance will be instantly updated upon Successful Transaction.


  3. If you choose the Invoice method, Download the Pro-Forma Invoice generated in PDF. You'll be able to see our bank account details at the bottom of the invoice.

  4. You will have to transfer the TOTAL amount (with GST shown at the bottom) by NEFT transfer and share the screenshot or UTR number to sales.in@borzodelivery.com to update your Balance.

5. Do Not Forget to choose your Payment Method as "FROM THE BALANCE" while booking your next orders from the Website.

PS: Due to some technical reasons, you'll be able to use this balance only through the Website Dashboard itself. As the option of using the balance is still NOT available on the App. It is still in the development pipeline.
