How to view, modify / reschedule / change address or timings or cancel any active order.

When you log in to your account, you can view all your past orders as well as edit, cancel & track your orders.

To log in to your dashboard, please go to www.borzodelivery.com/in and click Login/Registration in the top right-hand side corner.

In case you have forgotten your password; use your phone number to receive OTP.

After successful login, you'll be able to modify or reschedule any particular order or track the courier on the map. You can even cancel the order by selecting the appropriate reason for the same.

Once the orders are completed you may download the receipts from the "Print Receipt" button
