You may cancel the order if the courier is not assigned to your order by clicking on Cancel Button without getting charged a cancellation fee. Please note, in case the courier is assigned to your order we recommend not to cancel the order because you will be levied a cancellation fee of Rs 40.

If the courier partner is forcing you to cancel the order, you may ask him to withdraw the order from his end. So that he will be charged with a penalty. We request you to contact us on our chat support for the cancellation of the order.
