Updated over a week ago

All cancelled orders will be auto-refunded by the system. If your card is charged the amount will be credited within 5-7 working days.

1) Wallet Refund:
You may connect with our chat support team if your wallet transaction fails. The amount will be updated in your account once the chat support team advisor identifies any errors.

2) Claims Refund:
If the parcel was not secured while placing the order, unfortunately, we won’t be in a position to process a refund.

The parcel is secured while placing the order. Following the completion of the investigation team's work, we will either return the parcel if it is found or process the refund.

The refund is only restricted to damage, loss, or theft of the parcel.

3) Multiple payment deduction refunds:
If multiple payment deductions have gone through your UPI or card while placing the order, kindly connect with chat support for further assistance. As per T&C, the refund will be processed in the next 5 to 7 working days.

4) Card Refund:
If you cancel the order before the pickup is done by the delivery partner, you will be eligible for a refund. However, the refund will be processed in the next 5 to 7 working days. It is an auto refund process, still if the amount is not credited. Kindly connect with chat support.

5) Refund on Cash on Delivery (COD):
Allow the courier partner to refund the COD amount to you within 24 hours after delivering the parcel. However, if you are still unable to receive the COD amount, please connect with our live chat support.

6) Update on refund:
If you have received the email from the Razorpay payment gateway about your refund confirmation, we will process the refund in the next 5 to 7 working days.
