Tips for the client: When choosing the address, the client is required to search the address based on the main area, and district. Eg: Andheri West. Once this address is keyed in, an auto-generated address list will be populated based on Google Maps, and clients are required to select the address accordingly.

If the address that the client would like to select is not available in the drop-down selection of the address. A client can still proceed to place the order using a landmark closer to the designated pick-up and mention the full address in the comment section.

Clients can then proceed to save the address in the App. Once the address is saved, you will receive a notification in the App with the new changes.

Note: If the address that was updated by the client is a completely different location from the one that you have travelled. Please feel free to reach out to the support team to assist you with the changes.
