Licenses in Weighsoft are not handled by the Support Team. If you need to manage or expand your license usage, please follow the guidance below.
Requesting Additional Licenses
If you require more licenses β for example, to add additional Android devices or locations β or if you have a query about your current license allocation, please contact your Account Manager directly.
Your Account Manager will be able to:
Review your current license usage
Advise on available options
Process any license upgrades or additions
Freeing Up Existing Licenses
If you have devices that are no longer in use (e.g., lost, broken, or inactive), you can delete them from the system to free up a license.
Steps:
Navigate to the Mobile Devices screen in Weighsoft
Locate the device(s) that are no longer active
Delete the device entry
This will release the associated license, allowing you to register a new device without needing to purchase additional licenses.
