Price increase Export and Import - Trade export

What is the trade export and what data is available?

The trade export uses the following filter:

  • From Date

To export the trade export:

  • Click Export Latest Trade To CSV.

This exports all currently active skip orders that match the filters you select above.

The trade export contains a row for each item on each available material order. The amendments are made in the following columns:

V or Incr_Value

Where you enter the increased value to add to the unit price of the item. The new value reflects in column U.

AA or Incr_PBWRate

Where you enter the increased value to add to the pay by weight value of the item. The new value reflects in column Z.

AG or CH_Incr_Value

Where you enter the increased value to add to the cross hire unit price of the contract item. The new value reflects in column AF.

AJ or CH_Incr_PBWRate

Where you enter the increased value to add to the cross hire pay by weight price of the contract item. The new value reflects in column AI.


Once you've filled in the export, save a copy of the spreadsheet, then go back into the Price Export/Import screen in Weighsoft.

To import the export:

  1. Click Choose File, then select the spreadsheet.

  2. Click Upload Import Trade.

πŸ“ŒNote: This import doesn't have a start date. Once you complete the import, the amended prices take effect immediately.
