The zone rates export uses the following filter:
From Date
To export the zone rates export:
Click the Export Latest Zone Rates To CSV then the amendments are made in the following columns:
G or New From Date | This is the date the new price starts from. |
T-V or Incr Cost 1,2, and 3 | Where the price updates for the haulage cost bands and reflects in column H to J |
W-Y or Incr Sell 1,2, and 3 | Where the price updates for the haulage sell bands and reflects in K to M. |
📌Note: You must set a start date on these amended prices; otherwise, the system amends the prices and they take affect immediately.
Once you've filled in the export, save a copy of the spreadsheet then go back into the Price Export/Import screen in Weighsoft.
To import the export:
Click Choose File then select the spreadsheet.
Click Upload Import Zone Rates.
