This export and import process for materials export affects any active and non-deleted material orders.

To export the materials export:
Select these two options:
From Date | This relates to the date of the material order. |
Mark Replaced As Complete | This option eliminates the risk of using the old item prices by marking any replaced items as Complete. |
Click Export Latest Material Orders To CSV.
This exports all currently active skip orders that match the filters that you select above.

The material order export contains a row for each item on each available material order. The amendments are made in the following columns:

U or Raise Product Price | You enter the increased value to add to a material price update, and then this reflects in column O. |
V or Raise Haul Buy | You enter the increased value to add to the haulage buy price, and then this reflects in column P. |
W or Raise Haul Sell | You enter the increased value to add to the haulage sell price, and then this reflects in column Q. |
Once you've filled in the export, save a copy of the spreadsheet, then go back into the Price Export/Import screen in Weighsoft.
To import the export:
Click Choose File, then select the spreadsheet.
Click Upload Import Material Orders.
πNote: This import doesn't have a start date, once you complete the import, the amended prices take effect immediately.
